Middle notes are Vanilla, Sandalwood, Patchouli, Labdanum, Benzoin, Iris, Guaiac Wood and Chinese Cedar. As it develops, the warm, creamy sweetness of vanilla and the creamy, smooth wood of sandalwood take over, rounded out by patchouli, labdanum, benzoin, iris, guaiac wood and chinese cedar. Overall it reads as smooth and woody, balancing woody and amber. Its warmth is at its best in autumn and winter, on cool evenings, dinners and special occasions, though it works whenever you want a richer, more memorable scent.
